A long time ago, I as  Pembroke Pines dentist who is known as an emergency dentist and excellant in cosmetic care was caleld by a patient who happened to be an attorney. He handeld auto accident cases and said he had a case where the patient had his entire face smashed up. Oral surgeons would be working on reparing some of his damage in the operating room. He asked if I would examine the patient and do the dental work in the OR (operating room) at the hospital. The patient smashed almost all of his teeth. His choices were over 20 root canals or dentures. This happened 20 years ago. Today, I  as an emergency dentist with cosmetic dentistry as the main criteria would have done implants. But back then that was not an option. 

The patient choose to do in total 23 root canals and I had to make him crowns in an operating room under general anethetic.
