Oral cancer is the only cancer that has actually increased in the last 5 years. According to the statistics … In the USA alone … Every hour of every day a person will die from mouth cancer and if you include the throat area that number doubles. It is sad because with early detection the survival rate of oral cancer is very high. The problem is who is going to check for oral cancer and is that exam going to detect the cancer if it is there.
